Flexible and Standardized
It almost seems a contradiction, but it's not. We have developed a simple, six-phase methodology for all of our projects. The 8 Sharp Methodology scales to accommodate the simplicity or complexity of your project.
We developed this methodology after working for firms that had no standard methods (and chaos ensued) or had too many processes (and projects were stalled and sometimes even killed by the process itself).
